How to Update BESTMOW Firmware

BESTMOW firmware is updated over-the-air (OTA) through the BESTMOW app. Keeping firmware up to date is important for performance, bug fixes, and new feature support.

How to Check Your Firmware Version

In the BESTMOW app, navigate to Device Information → Device Upgrade (OTA). The current firmware version will be displayed here.

How to Update

1. Place the mower on the charging station (required — updates cannot be performed off the charger).
2. Open the BESTMOW app.
3. Go to Device Information → Device Upgrade (OTA).
4. If an update is available, follow the on-screen prompts to install it.

If the Update Fails

Retry the update. Firmware update failures are very rare. If a retry still doesn't work, contact BESTMOW support for assistance.

Current Firmware Version & Changelog

The current firmware version and release notes are published on the BESTMOW bulletin board, which is updated with each new release. Check the bulletin board for the latest information.
