[C046] No Bluetooth Signal from BESTMOW Detected
Error C046 means the app cannot detect the mower's Bluetooth signal during setup or pairing.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Move closer to the mower. Bluetooth range is 10 meters maximum. The closer the better.
- Confirm the mower is powered on and the display is lit. If the display is off, the Bluetooth module is not broadcasting.
- Check if the Bluetooth icon is shown on the mower's control panel. If the Bluetooth icon is not lit, the Bluetooth module may not have initialized properly.
- Check the phone's Bluetooth settings: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and that the BESTMOW app has Bluetooth permissions granted in the phone's system settings.
- Off-dock power cycle (if basic steps fail):
- Drag the mower off the charging station.
- Press and hold the power button to turn the mower off completely.
- Wait a few seconds.
- Push the mower back onto the charging station (this powers it on automatically).
- Wait 1 full minute for the system to fully initialize.
- Retry Bluetooth pairing from the app.
- Press the red STOP button on the mower — if the mower makes a beeping sound, it confirms the mower is responsive and powered on. If no sound, the mower may have a hardware issue.
If the Issue Persists
If the mower is powered on, within 10 meters, and the off-dock power cycle does not restore Bluetooth, escalate to a human support agent. The Bluetooth module may have a hardware fault.
