Possible reasons:
- The charging station is not powered on.
- The Wifi module of the mower and charging station is not working.
Solutions:
- Check the indicator light status of the charging station and the mower and ensure they are powered on.
- Restart the charging dock and the mower. (Make sure to pull the machine out of the charging dock before restarting, ensuring the machine's indicator light first turns off, then lights up again.)
- Connect to Wifi again
- If the issue persists, report to the group with the mower and charging station's SN
