What You'll Need to Provide
- Your order number
- Evidence of the issue: photos or video of broken parts, or the defective mower itself for replacement cases
What to Expect
- Review timeline: 1–2 working days. If the tech team needs to evaluate a mower replacement case, additional time may be needed.
- Return process: BESTMOW provides a prepaid FedEx shipping label. The customer must drop off the defective unit at FedEx before a replacement is shipped.
- Shipping cost: BESTMOW pays for return shipping. If you need packaging materials for the return, these can be ordered from the BESTMOW website (shipping fee for the packaging is included in the price).
