Can My Billing Date Be Changed?
Yes, billing dates can be changed. However, this is an agent-only action — it cannot be done self-service through the app or website.
How to Request a Change
Contact BESTMOW support via live chat, email (support@bestmow.com), or phone (1-800-882-2131). Provide your order number and preferred billing date.
Restrictions
There are no restrictions on when or how often the billing date can be changed, as long as all outstanding bills are paid.
