How to Unpause / Reactivate Your Subscription
This article applies to customers who ordered before January 2026 and are on the legacy Appstle billing system. If you ordered after January 2026 (Plaid or Fragile plans), please contact BESTMOW support for assistance.
Steps to Reactivate
- Log in to your Shopify account at https://account.bestmow.com/profile.
- Search for your order number.
- Click on the Plan.
- Click on Actions.
- Select Activate (this option appears if the plan is paused or cancelled).
Important Details
- Past-due balances must be cleared before the subscription can be reactivated.
- Your billing date remains the same as shown in Shopify for the next order.
- If the "Activate" or "Resume" option does not appear, please contact BESTMOW support for further investigation.
