Refurbished / Renewed Units — What to Expect

What Is a Refurbished Unit?

A refurbished (or "renewed") BESTMOW unit is a returned mower that has been properly cleaned and factory tested at the BESTMOW facility.

What's Included

Everything included in the box of a new machine is expected in a refurbished unit's box (see T-100 Technical Specifications for the full package contents list).

Warranty

No warranty is provided for refurbished units. After the 30-day return period, the customer is responsible for repair costs and shipping.

Activation & Setup

The unit is unbound from the previous owner at the BESTMOW facility and is ready to be bound to a new account.
Setup is the same as a new unit, except the firmware will already be upgraded to the latest version during factory testing.

Subscription Eligibility

Refurbished units are not eligible for a subscription plan.
