Warranty Policy for All Plans

BESTMOW provides warranty coverage that varies depending on your plan type:

Subscription Plans (Gold & Premium): Your mower is covered by a full warranty for the entire duration of your subscription. This includes free replacement of blades, wheels, batteries, and the mower itself if needed.

One-Time Purchase (New): New units purchased outright come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Renewed Unit: No warranty provided.

Early Unlock: Includes a 1-year warranty from the buyout date.

Extended Warranty: After your warranty period expires, you can subscribe to our Friends of BESTMOW plan for extended warranty coverage at $39 per year. This includes complimentary replacement blades, free over-the-air software updates, full-machine warranty, and technical support.
