Buying from Amazon, eBay, or Third-Party Retailers

Amazon Purchases

If you purchased your BESTMOW through Amazon:

Activation code: On the activation code page in the BESTMOW app, there is a button that allows you to enter your 17-digit Amazon order number. An activation code will be automatically applied.
Warranty: Amazon has its own warranty policies, which are different from purchasing directly from bestmow.com.
Support: Contact Amazon for delivery-related issues. Contact BESTMOW customer service (support@bestmow.com or 1-800-882-2131) for product support, setup, and technical issues.

eBay Purchases — Official BESTMOW Store

eBay is an official BESTMOW sales channel, with one important caveat: only the eBay store named "bestmow" is the official store. Any other eBay seller offering BESTMOW products is a third-party reseller (see the Resale Policy below).

The official bestmow eBay store sells:

New units — identical to units sold on bestmow.com.
Used units — returned units that have been factory reset using BESTMOW's reset tools and given a basic cleaning. Used units are not refurbished: they do not go through the full factory testing process that refurbished units receive. Because they are factory reset at the facility, they are unbound and ready to be activated on the buyer's account — no ownership transfer from a previous owner is needed.

All sales through the official bestmow eBay store — both new and used — are final sale. There is no return window.

For warranty questions on eBay purchases, escalate to a human support agent — warranty handling for the eBay channel is not covered by the standard bestmow.com policy described elsewhere in this knowledge base.

Third-Party Resellers and the Resale Policy

Any eBay store other than "bestmow", and any individual seller (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, pawn shops, etc.), is a third-party reseller.
It is not permitted to resell a BESTMOW unit while it is under a subscription plan or within the 24-month lease period.
Buyers who purchased a used BESTMOW from a third party or private individual must provide the original owner's name and email so BESTMOW support can verify the completion of the original purchase and facilitate the ownership transfer. (This does not apply to used units from the official bestmow eBay store, which arrive factory reset and unbound.)
