Buying from Amazon or Third-Party Retailers
Amazon Purchases
If you purchased your BESTMOW through Amazon:
- Activation code: On the activation code page in the BESTMOW app, there is a button that allows you to enter your 17-digit Amazon order number. An activation code will be automatically applied.
- Warranty: Amazon has its own warranty policies, which are different from purchasing directly from bestmow.com.
- Support: Contact Amazon for delivery-related issues. Contact BESTMOW customer service (support@bestmow.com or 1-800-882-2131) for product support, setup, and technical issues.
Resale Policy
- It is not permitted to resell a BESTMOW unit while it is under a subscription plan or within the 24-month lease period.
- Buyers who purchased a used BESTMOW directly from another customer must provide the original owner's name and email so BESTMOW support can verify the completion of the original purchase and facilitate the ownership transfer.
