Steps to Fix the Offline Error
- Log in to your router's management page
--Go to your router's IP address, for example,192.168.1.1or192.168.0.1
--Log in with your router's username and password - Check the current DNS settings
- Update DNS records to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1
- Click Save or Apply to ensure the router uses the updated records.
- Verify the connection and check whether the APP, the mower, the charging station, and the RTK module can all connect to the Internet normally
