Error message: Distribution network failure. Please check if the charging station indicator light is on, verify whether your router is functioning properly, and ensure that the Wi-Fi name and password are correct.
Troubleshooting steps:
- Check if the WIFI password is correct. If not, reconfigure the network
- If the first step doesn't work, try to power off and restart the charging station and the machine. Wait for 2 minutes until the indicator light of the charging pile flashes rapidly. Then, try reconfiguring the network with a 2.4 GHz mobile phone hotspot and upgrading the machine and the charging pile software to the latest version via OTA.
- Upon success of the previous steps, switch back to the router's Wi-Fi.
