Here are the solutions to some commonly encountered issues that cause failure to detect a user's Wi-Fi network:
- For Apple users, if your device's SN number is between MR1P1251US0000001 and MR1P1251US0000999, due to Apple permissions and the factory software version of the device, you must manually enter the wifi name.
- During the scanning process, please always wait for a few seconds before rescanning
- BestMow will filter out Wi-Fis with poor signal strength. Ensure that your charging stations and RTK are located in areas with good Wi-Fi signals.
- If the scanning still fails, directly enter the Wi-Fi name and password to connect.
