Check the light status on your charging station:
- On: The device is connected.
- Flashing rapidly: The device is waiting for a connection.
- Off: The device has lost power. Please check the power source.
If it's on or flashing rapidly, try rebooting the charging station by unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in after waiting 1 minute.
Advanced Bluetooth Troubleshooting — Off-Dock Power Cycle
If basic Bluetooth troubleshooting (restart app, toggle Bluetooth, restart mower) does not work, try this procedure from the tech team:
- Confirm the mower is on the charging station and the screen is lit.
- Confirm the phone's Bluetooth is enabled and functioning normally.
- Open the BESTMOW app and go to "Wi-Fi Configuration" to retry.
- If still failing: drag the mower off the charging station, press the power button to turn it off, wait a few seconds, then push it back onto the station. Wait 1 minute for the system to fully initialize, then retry pairing from the app.
Bluetooth range limit: 10 meters maximum. Ensure the phone is within 10 meters of the mower — the closer the better. Bluetooth scanning will fail if you are too far away.
