Is My Stolen Mower Locked?

Yes, effectively. The mower cannot be re-bound to another account without the original owner unbinding it first (via the BESTMOW app). This means a stolen mower is locked and unusable by the thief. The activation code also prevents unauthorized activation.

Can I Track My Stolen Mower?

Unfortunately, GPS tracking is not available once the mower leaves the charging station's WiFi HaLow range, because it is disconnected from the internet.

Camera Capture Feature

If the mower detects human interaction (being picked up or moved), it captures camera images and uploads them to the cloud — as long as the mower is still within range of the charging station. BESTMOW customer support can assist police investigations with this recorded information.

How to Report a Theft

1. File a police report. Include your mower's serial number, order number, and any other identifying information.
2. Contact BESTMOW support with a copy of the police report. Provide your serial number and order details.
3. BESTMOW will assist with any available camera capture data and verify that the mower remains locked against unauthorized use.
