Account Setup

Each BESTMOW mower requires its own separate account. You can only link one mower to each BESTMOW account. To switch between mowers, log out of one account and log into the other in the app.

Can one RTK serve multiple mowers?

Yes. An RTK base station can serve mowers within a 15-mile radius, because RTK data flows through the cloud (NTrip server) rather than directly between devices.

Can two mowers share one charging station?

No. Each charging station has a unique 802.11ah (HaLow) SSID that pairs one-to-one with a single mower. Each mower needs its own charging station.

Can multiple mowers operate in the same yard at the same time?

Yes. Multiple mowers with separate charging stations can operate simultaneously.

Is there a multi-mower discount?

Not available at this time.
