2. User Agreement – Additional Terms

You agree not to sell, lease, or otherwise transfer this device to another party. This mower remains the property of BESTMOW Inc. throughout the duration of your subscription. Unauthorized resale may result in immediate service deactivation and termination of your subscription agreement.

6. Exclude Second-Hand Units from Support Clearly state that pre-owned or transferred devices are not eligible for after-sales support or service.
7. Monitor via GPS/Network If the mower has GPS or online connectivity, track its location to detect use in unauthorized areas.
8. Issue Legal Warnings Send a Cease & Desist letter to any user found maliciously reselling devices.
9. Partner with Online Marketplaces Work with platforms like eBay and Facebook to report and flag unauthorized resale listings.
