These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BESTMOW services, including any devices, software, applications, and related offerings. By subscribing to or purchasing BESTMOW services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. 30-Day Cancellation Policy

Below is the detailed BESTMOW “30-Day Cancellation” Terms and Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”). Please read and understand all the provisions of this Policy carefully before registering and using the BESTMOW service. By clicking the “Agree” or “Accept” button and completing the registration process, or by using the BESTMOW service in any form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not register, use, or continue to use the BESTMOW service.

Service Content and Usage

BESTMOW provides lawn mowing and related services via specialized devices or systems (“device” or “system”), offering users a professional and convenient lawn care experience.

Subject to this Policy, BESTMOW offers a 30-day cancellation period applicable to both purchase plans and subscription plans, with specific rules outlined below.

Usage Scenarios

BESTMOW is intended primarily for residential lawn mowing, trimming, and maintenance. Users must comply with all applicable laws and environmental regulations in their location.

Registration and Credit Card Binding

To access the BESTMOW service, you must bind a valid credit card at registration. This card will be charged once the paid subscription period begins. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate and updated in a timely manner.

3. Purchase and Subscription Plans

A. Purchase Plan in Advance

• Retail Price: $1499.00

• Includes: 1 set of blades

• Warranty: 2 year

• Loyalty Plan Option: $19.99/month

30-Day Cancellation for Purchase Plan Customers who purchase the product directly may cancel and request a full refund within 30 calendar days of activation, provided the product is returned in good condition. BESTMOW will provide return packaging if original packaging is not available and a prepaid shipping label. No fees will be charged if canceled within the 30-day period.

B. Subscription-Based Plans

30-Day Cancellation for Subscription Plans

• The subscription period begins on the date of receipt of BESTMOW.

• Customers may cancel at any time within the first 30 days.

• If canceled within the first 30 days, the first month’s payment is non-refundable, but no additional penalties or charges will apply.

• If canceled starting from the 31st day, a $199 fee will be charged to cover device cleaning, refurbishment, shipping, and associated maintenance costs.

Gold Subscription Plan

• Cost: $99.99/month for 12 months

• Includes: Free blades and OTA upgrades

• Own in 12 Months: After the 12th payment the mower is owned

• Cancellation: $199 cancellation fee applies after the first 30 days to cover shipping and refurbishment

• Plan Change: Allowed during the season at the 24-Month rate

• Loyalty Plan Option: $19.99/month to continue for subscription benefits

24-Month Premium Subscription Plan

• Cost: $59.99/month with a 24-month agreement

• Includes: Warranty extension, canopy cover, new batteries, blades, and OTA upgrades

• Trade-In Option After 2 Years: Trade in for a new model at $59.99, return shipping included

• Cancellation: Pro-rated based on payments left in the 24-month plan.

• Loyalty Plan Option: $19.99/month to continue plan for subscription benefits

Friends of BESTMOW Plan(Loyalty Plan)

• Cost: $19.99/month

• Includes: Warranty extension, new batteries, blades, OTA upgrades, and etc.

Additional Service

• Remote Mapping and Set Up Service: $99.99 for all subscribers

Try Before You Buy – Terms and Conditions

Our “Try Before You Buy” program is designed to provide genuine customers with a risk-free opportunity to experience our products or services before committing to a purchase. To protect the integrity of this program and ensure fairness, the following terms apply:

4. Fair Use Policy

Participants in the “Try Before You Buy” (not available after June 15th 2025)program must adhere to the following conditions(Terms still apply to current program user):

• Only one free trial is allowed per person, household, or address.

• Creating multiple, fake, or fraudulent accounts to gain repeated access to the trial is strictly prohibited.

• Trial units may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to any third party without our prior written consent.

• Use of the trial product is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial use, unless explicitly authorized in writing by us.

• Users may not exploit the trial to generate unauthorized profits, commercial advantages, or misleading promotions.

5. Misuse and Violations

Any misuse or abuse of the program, including but not limited to the actions listed above, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, users must refrain from:

• Misrepresenting or impersonating our brand.

• Spreading false or misleading information about our products, services, or company.

• Engaging in any behavior that could harm our brand reputation or mislead other users.

6. Enforcement and Consequences

We reserves the right to take immediate action in response to any violation of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Suspension or termination of access to the trial and other company services.

• Recovery of financial damages caused by fraudulent or unauthorized use.

• Legal action, where necessary, including reporting violations to appropriate regulatory or enforcement authorities.

7. Eligibility and Verification

To maintain the integrity of our program, we may require users to complete identity verification or provide additional information before granting access to the trial. We reserve the right to deny any application for the trial at our sole discretion.

8. Privacy

Participation in this program is subject to our Privacy Policy. By signing up, you consent to our collection and use of personal data for purposes related to program administration, fraud prevention, and customer support.

9. Agreement

By participating in the “Try Before You Buy” program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
