How to Restart the Mower, Charging Station, and RTK

⚠️ There is NO hardware reset button on any BESTMOW device (mower, charging station, or RTK).

Mower

1. Drag the mower out of the charging dock before restarting.
2. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off.
3. Ensure the display and indicator lights go completely off before proceeding.
4. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn back on.

Mower Error Reset (Blinking Display)

If the mower display shows a fixed number blinking, press the START and OK/SET keys simultaneously to clear the error.

Charging Station

1. Unplug the power cable from the wall socket.
2. Wait 5 seconds.
3. Plug back in.
4. Confirm the indicator light turns on.

RTK Base Station

1. Unplug the power cable.
2. Wait 3 seconds.
3. Plug back in.
4. Confirm the green indicator light returns.

Important: If the user says there are still problems after restarting, confirm that the restart was performed correctly (mower removed from dock, lights went fully off before powering back on). Restarting resolves the vast majority of issues. After a successful restart, upgrade firmware to the latest version.
