How to return the mower?

We're sorry to hear you're considering returning your BESTMOW mower. We'd love the chance to help resolve any issues you're experiencing! Would you be open to a remote support session or a call with us at 1-800-882-2131 before you make your final decision?

30-Day Return Window:

If you decide to return your BESTMOW mower within the first 30 days of receipt, we'll waive the refurbishment and shipping fee, provided the unit is returned in good working condition with all accessories. The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of approval.

After 30 Days (Subscription Customers): If you cancel your subscription after 30 days, cancellation fee applies:

• United States: $199.00 cancellation fee 

• Canada: CAD $399.00 cancellation fee
