The BestMow lawn mower system consists of the following three main components:
1. RTK Module (Base Station)
2. Charging Station
3. Machine (Lawn Mower)
Interconnection
| Charging Station and Machine: |
| - The charging station is directly paired with the machine, providing power and network support. |
| Machine and RTK Base Station: |
| - The machine relies on the differential data provided by the RTK base station for high-precision positioning. |
| Charging Station and RTK Base Station: |
| - There is no direct connection between the two, but both serve the lawn mower. |
RTK Module
| Function: |
| - Assists the lawn mower in achieving high-precision positioning by transmitting differential data over the network. |
| Coverage Range: |
| - The maximum supported radius is 5 kilometers. |
| Reliability Design: |
| - To avoid issues such as power outages, it is recommended to provide at least 3 RTK base stations for each user within a 10-kilometer radius. |
Charging Station
| Function: |
| - Provides charging for the lawn mower. |
| - Has WiFi amplification and relay functionality to enhance network coverage. |
| Relationship with the Machine: |
| - The charging station is paired one-to-one with the lawn mower. |
| - Under no obstruction, the maximum supported distance between the charging station and the machine is 200 meters. |
| - With obstructions such as houses, the effective distance is reduced to about 100 meters. |
Mower
| Function: |
| - The main mowing equipment of the system, responsible for performing mowing tasks. |
| - Requires real-time network connection to synchronize status and backend data. |
| - Achieves high-precision positioning based on RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) + visual technology. |
| - Provides functions such as obstacle avoidance and mowing. |
| Dependencies: |
| - Relies on the charging station for power and network connection. |
| - Relies on the RTK base station for high-precision positioning data. |

Note: The RTK coverage range is up to 15 miles, as RTK data flows through the cloud (NTrip server), not directly between the RTK and the mower.
